One job, from plan to report

This is a Tuesday at a company that runs on Clean House.

  1. The office plans the day

    The manager drags the job to Tuesday, 9:00, and assigns it to a crew. The crew’s colour shows across the calendar.

  2. The worker gets the job on their phone

    No app store, no password — workers sign in once with a link or QR code from the office. They see the address, time, instructions and valuables.

  3. Start on site, with a GPS check

    The Start button records the location. If the worker is outside the site or GPS is inaccurate, the manager is told — but work is never blocked.

  4. Photos of valuables

    Before cleaning, the worker photographs items flagged by the office and marks their condition. Damage found on arrival becomes an automatic report with evidence.

  5. After photos and the client’s signature

    A job ends with photos. Private clients sign with a finger on the screen. If the client isn’t there, the worker marks it and adds a note.

  6. The report is in the office

    Times, location, photos, signature and reports in one place. When the client calls next week, you have the answer in a minute.

The planning assistant runs on Claude. It suggests how to lay out the week, translates messages and summarises reports. It never makes changes on its own and never evaluates people.
